What is the delivery time?
If you place an order on business days before 5:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. In most cases, it will be delivered the next business day.
How can I order?
Browse the webshop; do you see something you like? Then place the item in your desired size in the shopping cart. Next, enter your details on the 'checkout' page. You pay for your purchase via a secure environment. You can choose from a number of payment methods, including: iDEAL, Credit Card, ApplePay, Bancontact (Belgium), and gift cards. You will then receive a confirmation at the email address you provided.
How are the prices displayed?
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
I haven't received a confirmation, what now?
After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your order details. It may take a few minutes for this email to be delivered. Have you not received a confirmation email? It has probably ended up in your spam or junk mail folder. Still having trouble? Please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us. We can then cancel your order and refund the amount paid. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend returning it to us upon receipt. You can find more information about returns here .

How do I know if my payment was successful?
If the payment is successful after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided.
My payment failed, what now?
If your payment fails, you will receive an email from us with a payment link that allows you to pay.
Which payment methods do you offer?
With us, you can safely pay with iDEAL, Credit card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Cartes Bancaires/CartaSi), ApplePay, Klarna (pay later), Bancontact (Belgium), Giropay (Germany), and gift cards such as VVV gift cards, YourGift, Fashion Cheque, and DE Cadeaukaart.
How does paying with iDEAL work?
Select your bank. You will then be redirected to the secure environment of your selected bank. Complete the payment by following the steps. If your payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the Golden Ass website. You will then receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided.
How does paying with a credit card work?
On the secure page, enter the cardholder's name, credit card number, expiration date, and your CVV code. Then click the blue button. If your payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the Golden Ass website. You will then receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided.
How does paying with Apple Pay work?
If you place an order using an Apple device such as an iPhone, iPad, or Macbook with FaceID/TouchID and use Safari as your web browser, our webshop detects this and displays ApplePay among the payment methods. You then confirm the payment using FaceID or TouchID. Once your payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the Golden Ass website. You will then receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided.
How does pay later with Klarna work?
Klarna makes it possible to pay for your order later. You will receive an invoice by email, which must be paid to Klarna within 30 days. Klarna does not charge any extra fees or interest.
How does paying with Klarna work: Pay now?
After placing an order, you will be redirected to a payment page hosted by Klarna where you can complete your payment. You then pay for your order immediately instead of later.
How does paying with Bancontact work?
Bancontact is only available for Belgian customers. If you shop using a smartphone and the Bancontact app, you only need to enter your PIN to complete the payment. If you are not shopping via your smartphone, a QR code will be displayed on your device. Scan this with the Bancontact app on your smartphone, then enter your PIN to complete the transaction. Not using the Bancontact app? Enter your card details via your trusted banking environment. Then insert your Bancontact card into the card reader and enter the corresponding details via your banking environment to complete your payment. Once your payment is successful, you will be redirected back to the Golden Ass website. You will then receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided.
How does paying with a gift card work?
We accept VVV gift cards, YourGift, Fashion Cheque, DE Cadeaukaart, and WinkelCheque. By selecting the gift card option at checkout, you can pay using the gift card balance. Any remaining amount can be paid using the other available payment methods we offer.
My account

How do I log in to my account?
Click on the 'My account' icon at the top of the website. You will then be taken to the 'my account' page. Here you can log in with your email address. You will then receive a 6-digit code by email, which you can enter on this screen. Don't have an account yet? You can easily create an account via this page .
How can I update my details?
Once you are logged into your account, click on 'profile' in the menu at the top right. Here you can update details such as your name and address.
What are the benefits of an account?
Creating an account is free. Once you have saved your details, you will not need to enter them again when placing an order. This speeds up the ordering process. Have you placed multiple orders? By logging into your account, you can easily view all your orders. You also automatically earn points with our loyalty program .
How does the loyalty program work?
For every euro you spend in our shop, you receive 1 point. The points are registered in your account. By logging in with your account, you can access the Loyalty page via the account dashboard. Here you have a complete overview of your saved points and options to earn extra points. You can earn extra points by completing your profile, leaving reviews, and inviting friends.
I have forgotten my password, how can I log in?
Click on 'Forgot password?' on the login page. You will receive an email at the email address known to us to reset your password. Click on the link and follow the steps. You can then log in with your new password.
Shipping & Returns
Below, we answer all questions regarding shipping to you and the return process back to us.
What are the shipping costs?
It depends on which country we need to ship your order to. The shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Denmark, Spain, Italy, the United Kingdom (UK), Finland, Poland, Latvia, Portugal, and Switzerland.
Can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. You can use this code to track the package.
How can I return my order?
You can return your purchase up to 30 days after receiving your order. You can find more information here .
Who is the carrier?
We usually ship our packages with PostNL or DHL. Depending on the destination, we may use UPS or DHL.
What happens if I am not at home?
Most products fit through the letterbox, so if you are not at home, that is not a problem. Does your order not fit through the letterbox? The delivery driver will then try to leave your order with a neighbor or at a pick-up point near you.

How are reviews collected?
Reviews can only be posted by customers who have actually ordered the products in question. This allows us to guarantee that the product reviews are genuine. The reviews are not filtered based on positivity or negativity, ensuring you always receive honest assessments. After submitting a review, it is immediately posted on the site. Reviews containing inappropriate content will be removed.
How reliable are Kiyoh's reviews of Golden Ass?
Golden Ass customers are automatically invited to write a review a few days after their purchase. These reviews are collected by Kiyoh. You can find Kiyoh's guidelines here .
Complaints

How can I file a complaint?
If you have a complaint about our products or service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
What if I am not satisfied with the handling of my complaint?
