Take your time to check whether the product meets your expectations. The European right of withdrawal and a 30-day cooling-off period apply to all orders placed. The 30 days start on the day following receipt of your order. You may unpack, inspect, evaluate, and/or try on the received product. Please note that when trying on underwear, you must keep your own underwear on for hygienic reasons. Within these 30 days, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason. After notification, you then have another 30 days to actually return the products. You may also return the products within 30 days of receipt without prior notice, provided you include a statement indicating your wish to withdraw.

Do you want to exchange or return your item? Download the return form and send it together with the products to our return address. You can also use the European model withdrawal form to notify us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, the use of this form is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

We appreciate it if you check immediately upon receipt whether your order has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, please report this to us via our contact page , then we'll take care of that!

Terms and Conditions

You wish to return one or more items. To receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including shipping costs, we ask you to meet the following conditions:

• Return registered within the 30-day cooling-off period. You then have another 30 days to send the return.
• The item is complete and in as original a condition as possible. If possible, return the product in its original packaging.
• The item has not been used or worn (trying it on is of course allowed, but keep your own underwear on while trying it on).

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you are cancelling the purchase. However, using this form is not mandatory.

Refund

We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the products. We do not refund the direct costs of returning the goods.

If the product is returned to us damaged, we may charge costs for this. You will receive the refund amount in the account and using the payment method used for the original purchase.
